I have a lot of treasures in my family. and they are simply the people themselves :) its only when i grow up and become more mature that i think that I am such a fortunate child and so blessed to be in this family. the showers of blessing; the food, money, actions of love, truly made me feel very thankful that God placed me here.
Recently, grandparents, granduncle n wife and 2 aunts went over to Sydney to visit my uncle, who has been sick for the past few years and, wheelchair-bound grandparents insisted on going over despite their failing health and inconvenience in moving around. The act of this great love touched me a lot when i went to the airport to send them off with the rest of my family. My grandparents told me they wished i went with them. Come to think of it, I haven't been regular in visiting them and talk to them. They brought me up literally when my parents were at work. My grandma fed me every few hours and brought me down for schoolbus, and my grandpa used to bring me to the playground whenever he went out. Time to set some time aside to visit them more regularly when they are back. Praying for their safety and also that God will protect their hearts when they see my uncle.
